'Health officer' means: 1. In a county whose population is less than 700,000, the Chief Medical Officer. 2. In a county whose population is 700,000 or more, the district health officer. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2827; A 1995, 2547; 2005, 2471; 2011, 1269)
