Statute 450b 190

1. The health authority may, at its discretion, issue a provisional license as an attendant to a person who does not meet the qualifications established pursuant to this chapter, if the health authority determines that such issuance will be in the public interest. 2. A provisional license as an attendant must not be made valid for more than 1 year from the date of issuance and is not renewable. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1144; A 1987, 2208; 1993, 2832)
