Statute 450b 235

1. Each public and private owner of an ambulance shall file his or her schedule of rates with the health authority. Any change in a schedule of an ambulance must be filed before the change becomes effective. 2. The health authority shall keep each schedule of rates or changes filed with it for at least 3 years after the schedule has been superseded or otherwise become ineffective.
