Statute 450b 400

As used in NRS 450B.400 to 450B.590, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 450B.402 to 450B.475, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1997, 287; A 2001, 815; 2017, 1768)
