Statute 450b 900

1. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. 2. In addition to any criminal penalty imposed, the Division may impose against any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, an administrative penalty in an amount established by the State Board of Health by regulation.
