Statute 451 023

The spouse of a minor child or the parent of an unmarried or otherwise unemancipated minor child shall be primarily responsible for the decent burial or cremation of his or her spouse or such child within a reasonable time after death. (Added to NRS by 1971, 131; A 2017, 794)
