Statute 451 526

'Donor registry' means a database that contains records of anatomical gifts and amendments to or revocations of anatomical gifts. The term includes, without limitation, a donor registry that has entered into a contract with the Department of Motor Vehicles pursuant to NRS 483.340 or 483.840. (Added to NRS by 2007, 781)
