Statute 451 5475

'Prospective donor' means a natural person who is dead or near death and has been determined by a procurement organization to have a part that could be medically suitable for transplantation, therapy, research or education. The term does not include a natural person who has made a refusal. (Added to NRS by 2007, 781)
