Ask AI about this
1. The operator of a crematory shall not permit a person to be present near human remains awaiting cremation, being cremated, or being removed from the chamber unless the presence of the person is within the normal scope of his or her work or his or her presence is authorized by the family of the deceased. 2. The operator of a crematory shall not simultaneously cremate the remains of more than one person in the same chamber unless so authorized in writing by the agent for each person whose remains are to be so cremated. Such a written authorization releases the operator from liability for commingling of the cremated remains. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2605)
