Statute 452 200

Any member of a board of trustees or any officer or director of a corporation or association violating any of the provisions of NRS 452.160 shall be personally liable therefor, and shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of a misdemeanor. [2:40:1931;1931 NCL § 981.01]—(NRS A 1967, 583; 1971, 2075)
