Statute 452 300

1. Every person who makes or opens any road, or constructs any railway, turnpike, canal or other public easement over, through, in or upon such part of any cemetery without authority of law or the consent of the cemetery authority or owner thereof is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130. 2. Every person who deposits any material in or upon any cemetery without written consent from the owner of the cemetery or the cemetery authority or without a court order is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
