Statute 452 610

In addition to any other penalty provided for in NRS 452.001 to 452.610, inclusive, any person who violates any provision of NRS 452.001 to 452.610, inclusive, or any regulation adopted or administrative order entered pursuant to those sections, for which a greater penalty is not otherwise provided by law, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
