Statute 452 705

1. Each trust fund for the endowment care of a cemetery for pets must contain a principal sum of not less than $25,000. 2. When the trust fund has not less than $75,000 on deposit, the initial $25,000 may be withdrawn. 3. The trust fund once having reached $50,000 may not be decreased below that amount.
