1. 'Pharmacy' means every store or shop licensed by the Board where drugs, controlled substances, poisons, medicines or chemicals are stored or possessed, or dispensed or sold at retail, or displayed for sale at retail, or where prescriptions are compounded or dispensed. 2. 'Pharmacy' includes pharmacies owned or operated by the State of Nevada and political subdivisions and municipal corporations therein. (Added to NRS by 1979, 1672)
