1. The Attorney General has concurrent jurisdiction with the district attorneys of this State for the enforcement of the provisions of NRS 453.3611 to 453.3648, inclusive. 2. The Attorney General may investigate and prosecute a practitioner or any other person who violates the provisions of: (a) NRS 453.3611 to 453.3648, inclusive; and (b) Any other statute if the violation is committed by the practitioner or person in the course of committing a violation described in paragraph (a). 3. When acting pursuant to this section, the Attorney General may commence an investigation and file a criminal action without leave of court, and the Attorney General has exclusive charge of the conduct of the prosecution.
