Statute 453 552

1. Any penalty imposed for violation of NRS 453.011 to 453.551, inclusive, is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction otherwise authorized by law. 2. Any violation of the provisions of NRS 453.011 to 453.551, inclusive, where no other penalty is specifically provided, is a misdemeanor.
