1. Every person or institution authorized to dispense or administer narcotic drugs shall furnish to the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department, the Investigation Division of the Department of Public Safety and the State Board of Pharmacy such information as the Division of Public and Behavioral Health or the Board may require by regulation. 2. Every public official or employee having duties to perform with respect to narcotic drugs shall furnish to the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department, the Investigation Division of the Department of Public Safety and the State Board of Pharmacy such information as the regulations of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health or the Board may require.
