It is unlawful for any person to give a fictitious name or false address or make any false representations to the seller or dealer when buying any of the poisons enumerated in Schedule 'A' or the additions thereto. [Part 1:207:1913; 1919 RL p. 2882; NCL § 5075]—(NRS A 1967, 1629)
