'Mechanical equipment' means equipment operated by mechanical power, including a trencher, bulldozer, power shovel, auger, backhoe, scraper, drill, cable or pipe plow or any other equipment used for plowing-in cable or pipe. (Added to NRS by 1991, 1142)
