Statute 455b 100

The provisions of NRS 455B.010 to 455B.100, inclusive, do not prohibit a county, city or unincorporated town from adopting ordinances that regulate amusement parks which are consistent with the provisions of NRS 455B.010 to 455B.100, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1993, 1333; A 2001, 2777)
