Statute 455b 300

The provisions of NRS 455B.200 to 455B.300, inclusive, do not prohibit a county, city or town from adopting ordinances that regulate skateboard parks which are consistent with the provisions of NRS 455B.200 to 455B.280, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2001, 2776)
