Statute 457 185

1. The Division shall grant or deny an application for a certificate of authorization to operate a radiation machine for mammography or a certificate of authorization for a radiation machine for mammography within 4 months after receipt of a complete application. 2. The Division shall withdraw the certificate of authorization to operate a radiation machine for mammography if it finds that the person violated the provisions of subsection 7 of NRS 457.183. 3. The Division shall deny or withdraw the certificate of authorization of a radiation machine for mammography if it finds that the owner, lessee or other responsible person violated the provisions of subsection 1 of NRS 457.184. 4. If a certificate of authorization to operate a radiation machine for mammography or a certificate of authorization for a radiation machine for mammography is withdrawn, a person must apply for the certificate in the manner provided for an initial certificate.
