Each health care facility, other treatment facility and provider of health care in this State shall make available to the Chief Medical Officer or the Chief Medical Officer’s representative the records of the health care facility, other treatment facility or provider of health care for each case of neoplasm that is specified by the State Board of Health as subject to reporting. 2. The Division shall abstract from the records of the health care facility, other treatment facility or provider of health care or shall require the health care facility, other treatment facility or provider of health care to report to the Division such information as is required by the State Board of Health.
