Except as otherwise provided in NRS 458.102, all gifts or grants of money for a program for alcohol or other substance use disorders which the Division is authorized to accept must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the State Grant and Gift Account for Alcohol or Other Substance Use Disorders which is hereby created in the Department of Health and Human Services’ Gift Fund. 2. Subject to the limitations set forth in NRS 458.094, money in the Account must be used to carry out the provisions of this chapter. 3. All claims must be approved by the Administrator before they are paid.
