1. The Administrator of each Division shall administer the provisions of law relating to his or her Division under the supervision of the Executive Director. 2. The Executive Director and the Administrator of each Division: (a) Are in the unclassified service of the State. (b) Except as otherwise provided in NRS 284.143, shall devote their full time to the business of the Agency and not engage in any other gainful employment or occupation.
