1. The Division shall require each person who acquires, possesses or uses a source of ionizing radiation to maintain: (a) Records relating to the receipt, storage, transfer or disposal of such source. (b) Appropriate records showing the radiation exposure of all individuals for whom personnel monitoring is required by the rules and regulations of the State Board of Health. (c) Such other records as the Division may require, subject to such exemptions as may be provided by any rule or regulation promulgated by the State Board of Health. 2. Copies of any record enumerated in subsection 1 shall be submitted to the Division upon request by the Division. (Added to NRS by 1963, 579; A 1975, 1330)
