Statute 459 090

1. The Division, on behalf of the State, may enter into one or more agreements with the Federal Government, any interstate agency or any other state committing this State to perform on a cooperative basis with the Federal Government, any interstate agency or any other state inspections or other functions relating to the control of sources of ionizing radiation. 2. The Division may institute training programs for the purpose of qualifying personnel to carry out the provisions of subsection 1, and may make such personnel available for participation in any program or programs of the Federal Government, any interstate agency or any other state in furtherance of the purposes of NRS 459.010 to 459.290, inclusive.
