Statute 459 558

1. The provisions of NRS 459.560 and 459.565 that concern hazardous substances do not apply: (a) In a county whose population is less than 55,000; (b) To mining or agricultural activities; or (c) To other facilities or locations where the quantity of any one hazardous substance at any one facility or location does not exceed 1,000 kilograms at any time. 2. All other provisions of NRS 459.560 and 459.565, including the provisions concerning hazardous waste, apply to all counties and all industries without regard to volume.
