It is unlawful for any person to transport hazardous waste: 1. Without a manifest that complies with regulations adopted by the Commission; 2. That does not conform to the description of the waste specified in the manifest; 3. In a manner that does not conform to the manner of shipment described in the manifest; or 4. To a facility that has not been issued a permit to treat, store or dispose of the hazardous waste described in the manifest. (Added to NRS by 1985, 903)
