1. The Commission may by regulation set forth a procedure for the granting, renewal, modification, suspension, revocation and denial of permits to operate storage tanks. 2. Permits may contain terms and conditions which the Commission considers necessary and which conform to law and regulations adopted by the Commission. 3. The Commission may by regulation prescribe a reasonable fee to be charged for the issuance of a permit. (Added to NRS by 1989, 772)
