Statute 459 848

Any authorized representative or employee of the Commission or the Department may, for the purpose of carrying out his or her duties pursuant to NRS 459.800 to 459.856, inclusive, or to enforce a regulation adopted pursuant to those sections: 1. Enter any place where the Department has reason to believe there are storage tanks; 2. Inspect or obtain samples wherever the Department has reason to believe a release from a storage tank may have occurred; 3. Inspect and copy any records, reports, information or results of tests relating to the management of a storage tank; and 4. Inspect any system for the continuing observation of a storage tank.
