Except as otherwise provided in NRS 461.175, the provisions of this chapter apply to all factory-built housing manufactured after July 1, 1971 and to all other manufactured buildings and modular components manufactured after July 1, 1973. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1311; A 1973, 454; 1991, 1169)
