Statute 461 270

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $2,500 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both fine and imprisonment. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1314; A 1985, 295; 1999, 930)
