The provisions of this chapter apply equally to movable structures without motive power which are equipped for occupancy for industrial or commercial purposes, recreational vehicles, factory built housing, modular buildings and mobile home accessory buildings and structures when such structures or vehicles are used as a dwelling for a period of 30 days or more at one location.
