1. If a person applies for the initial business license for a mobile home park or acquires ownership of a mobile home park, the person shall, within 3 business days, notify the local fire department within whose jurisdiction the mobile home park is located. 2. Upon receiving notice pursuant to subsection 1, the local fire department shall inspect the mobile home park for fire hazards and compliance with applicable fire codes and regulations and shall notify the Administrator of any violations.
