Statute 461a 233

If a local agency for enforcement determines that a mobile home park is in violation of any applicable health or safety code or regulation or is in violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the local agency for enforcement shall notify the Administrator of the violation.
