'Club venue employee' means a natural person or third-party contractor who is required to register under the regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to NRS 463.15999. The term includes: 1. Any person who provides hosting and VIP services; and 2. Any other person who the Commission determines must register because such registration is necessary to promote the public policy set forth in NRS 463.0129. (Added to NRS by 2015, 1484)
