Statute 463 0167

'License fees' means any money required by law to be paid to obtain or renew a gaming license, manufacturer’s or distributor’s license or license issued to an operator of an off-track pari-mutuel system. The term also includes the fees paid by a disseminator of information concerning racing. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1039; A 1967, 1599; 1993, 309)
