The provisions of NRS 241.020 do not apply to any action or proceeding of the Board that is related to: 1. A determination made pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 463.310 of whether a violation of this chapter or chapter 368A, 462, 464, 465 or 466, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, has occurred; 2. A determination made pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 463.310 of whether to file a complaint with the Commission and the content of any such complaint; 3. An interpretation of: (a) Any provision of title 41 of NRS or any regulations promulgated thereunder; or (b) The applicability of any federal or state law or regulation to any provision of title 41 of NRS or any regulations promulgated thereunder; or 4. A determination as to whether the Board will issue an industry notice concerning any interpretation made pursuant to subsection 3. (Added to NRS by 2015, 1367; A 2019, 214, 223)
