Statute 463 4071

1. A licensee may apply to the Board, on forms prescribed by the Board, for a license to operate a gaming salon. 2. A nonrefundable application fee in the amount of $5,000 must accompany the application for a license to operate a gaming salon. 3. An applicant must pay the costs incurred by the Board for investigation of an application. (Added to NRS by 2001, 896; A 2003, 1170)
