'Intermediary company' means any corporation, firm, partnership, limited partnership, limited-liability company, trust or other form of business organization other than a natural person which: 1. Is a holding company with respect to a corporation, limited partnership or limited-liability company which holds or applies for a license; and 2. Is a subsidiary with respect to any holding company.
