Statute 463 625

The Commission may exempt a publicly traded corporation from compliance with any of the provisions of NRS 463.575 to 463.615, inclusive. To the extent of such an exemption, the corporation shall comply instead with the provisions of NRS 463.635 to 463.645, inclusive, except as otherwise ordered by the Commission.
