The Commission shall hold a hearing within 15 days after the suspension of a license pursuant to NRS 463.311 regarding the appointment of a supervisor. The Commission shall notify the licensee of the meeting and afford the licensee the opportunity to be heard concerning the appointment. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1726)
