Statute 463b 210

1. A supervisor shall file with the court which appointed the supervisor and the Commission reports on the administration of the gaming establishment in such form and at such intervals as the court may prescribe. 2. The reports may be made available for inspection by any creditor of the establishment or person having a substantial interest in it, and the court may direct that copies of the reports be mailed to those creditors or persons.
