A supervisor is not personally liable for: 1. Any secured or unsecured debt of the gaming establishment incurred before, during or after the supervisor’s appointment. 2. Any penalty which may be assessed against a former licensee for the supervisor’s failure to pay or the late payment of any license fee or tax levied pursuant to chapter 463 of NRS. 3. Any act or omission made by the supervisor in the exercise of prudent business judgment or pursuant to an order of any court. (Added to NRS by 1979, 806)
