Statute 466 030

1. The jurisdiction, supervision, powers and duties of the Board and the Commission extend to all persons, associations or corporations which hold or conduct any meeting within the State of Nevada where any racing is permitted for any stake, purse or reward. 2. The Commission, on the recommendation of the Board, shall adopt regulations to carry out its powers and duties under this chapter.
