When an application is made for a license to conduct racing or pari-mutuel wagering, or both, the applicant shall deposit with the Board an amount of money determined pursuant to NRS 463.331 to cover the expenses of investigation. (Added to NRS by 1981, 1703; A 1993, 2125)
