As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the term 'rangeland fire protection association' means a nonprofit association formed for the purpose of protecting rangeland from wildfire pursuant to NRS 472.200, 474.323 or 474.518, as applicable. (Added to NRS by 2015, 1996)
