1. Any county, municipality, public institution, agency, corporation, person or persons, or other entity maintaining or operating a dump shall provide such devices and conditions therefor as will reasonably promote the safe operation thereof and guard against the escape of fire therefrom. 2. The State Forester Firewarden shall have power to make rules and regulations for the implementation of this section. (Added to NRS by 1965, 306)
