1. The State Board of Examiners may submit a copy of the claim to the State Fire Marshal for review. The State Fire Marshal shall make his or her recommendations to the State Board of Examiners who shall make a final determination of the disposition of the claim. 2. All claims approved by the State Board of Examiners must be paid as other claims against the State are paid. (Added to NRS by 1979, 1166)
